People happy to talk up shells with a billion plus registers without deals done then people waiting at .007 value 3.5 mill 1 mill cash...even with a raise its undervalued....so people selling now at these values expecting cheaper may be geniuses by 10 percent or huge mistake as upside is still higher providing the spec end wants players to make money l suppose if people are leaving in droves the real valuation comes to play which from memory is 2.5 mill to list
