    Yes Bullant, you are correct.
    It looks like there is no grey area, or joint arbitration facility, in this new Tanzania legislation.
    I'd hate to be a company that gets on the wrong side of the government.
    If the government says they want more tax, then you have to pay, otherwise it seems like they can simply cancel your project, just like that.
    There is knowhere a company can go for arbitration, the Tanzania government will not recognise it.
    This all seems very draconian to me.
    I definitely will not invest in any company with projects in Tanzania, even if the legislation is softened somewhat.
    Lets see how things play out, but the big point for us, as you so rightly point out, is there will definitely not be an oversupply, in fact, if anything, there will be an undersupply, and the costs of those operating is Tanzania will be significantly higher, and probably much higher than Hexagon in the end when all things are taken into consideration.
    Companies like MNS and KNL already have large costs associated with compensation for the relocation of whole villages.
    Hexagon looks better and better.
