Well there goes the over supply fear. Not that I thought this stuff would get off the ground but somebody posted a ubs note highlighting oversupply coming from Africa ! Ha good luck with raising capex now and good luck with the bullcrap opex numbers from this part of the world. Yes royalties will be added on top of that please, unions will want their pound of flesh, governments asking for more tax or percentage of project. The biggest thing about what is happening is that the government will not acknowledge the court of arbitration meaning you have no legal or law to fall back on. What the government says is the law. Ouch!
