How is a company getting paid to help another company setup in any way a crime??
Why is this even a problem when one corporation sells their ideas to another in a business deal??
I dont see the problem really. If Australia sold which they do a commercial idea to the US in a business deal then that in no way is an offence of any kind so why is it an arresting offence to do business with China. Clearly China did not steal anything, they paid for it.
