This tainted board needs to change. Most are relics of the Bateman era. Almost all are complicit in hiring PG and seemingly unperturbed by his past. The new CEO seemingly has no effect. The ultimate invisible man.
More relevant, the share price for Pry /HLS has not altered substantially in 15+ years. That’s right it doesn’t even match CPI.
as a company losing 2-3% annually in share value over a 15 year run, the question is why shareholders continue to suppprt the board - the same board - that has presided over almost the entirety of this trading period.
Credit where it’s due the company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet but hells bells it should have at least maintained value over 15 years.
It really is time for a real change in guard. That includes a clean out of ALL THE BOARD and ALL THE EXECUTIVE and ideally ALL THE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT. until that happens this company is doomed to languish in the $2-3 share price for another 15 years.
Simpyl put, the share price over 15 years says it all. Shareholders deserve better. Sack them all and start afresh.
