I completely agree. the volante component had run on an oily rag through the lean lean lean management that it had pre-commander . . and now all that and those contacts are gone. that can die out within 6 months. the margins would be shocking in that market.
Who would buy it? Squeezed by tier ones on one side and small niche players on the other

If they can shed the volante component and some debt then they can come back fast
