The market's increase has fuelled the ultimate pair trade in the rise of both TAH and TTS.
It is currently a slightly counter-intuitive scenario or alternatively, everyone connected to TAH and TTS has picked their winner and the bids are exceeding the asks. This implies KKR will get hold of TTS while TAH will bow out gracefully with some kind of bargain for their troubles.
The most likely scenario is one where TAH should be inversely correlated to TTS at the $4.70s for TAH and the $4.40s for TTS IMHO but pls DYOR.
