The fundamentals are overruling the technicals, hitang. The KKR proposal for TTS was a win-win for TAH. TTS stayed with TAH's proposal. Even if KKR were to put more money on the table TAH-TTS has now been revalued quite a wee bit upwards.
Ladbrokes rumors about reviewing TAH as a TO bid target continue unabated. Ladbroke executives have been to Australia of late according to social media feeds. Perhaps they were visiting but it does stoke the fires of the rumormill.
