We've all seen these sorts of hostile takeovers many times before. It is very unlikely that we will know the full facts here.
Will legal issues cloud a call at the end of the day?
Will Summit get another and superior offer now their vulnerability has been tested?
Given the JV's and existing holdings by PDN will anyone want to mount an offensive for SMM - PDN put themselves in pretty much a no lose situation with existing holdings - and this should have been seriously shored up over the past week. Although, I didn't see enough trades to suggest PDN were boots n all at the prices on offer. This suggests script is king in the offer and cash is possibly not a big option.
The value of PDN script therefore is a major point in play!
Deterioration of PDN sp over past week has a significant bearing on value of full offer for SMM........... and then the sp over the next 3-4 weeks will be a major factor in shareholder response. Unexpected but IF PDN goes north by 30-50% this really ups the value of SMM.

Too many variables at play currently to stress. I reckon it's "know when to hold 'em" time" . at least for a couple of weeks and let this play out some more.

IMO - we (SMM holders) need to concern ourselves more with PDN sp than SMM.
A bit more re-correction back to pre- "china syndrome" market levels for PDN and another bump up in u3o8, with a non-event on Cigar Lake and anything could happen here!
