Some hints here , look at the last 4 candles they all opened lower and closed higher. consecutive candle like this indicate the long is in control. Would be a definitive buy if these pattern appear at the bottom

you will need some conviction in this company to open long position at this level, for me I have good conviction on this company as they agreed on a 14% shareholder discount and then they rolled it back just like nothing happen, a company that deals with their customer without respect and still have room to keep hiking price they are just too strong.  I expect they will do well in medium term.

The other company in a similar position is TCL , they reset my account setting, unlinked my tags to my cars, cancelled my auto top up setting, i was not notified until i see the overdue warning email .... they charged me video matching fee on every toll usage , and they even charge me $1.90 "manual processing fee" for paying the overdue amount online !? This is a great company Aussie investor not to miss . Not many of this sort of monopoly company in the world can generate revenue thru like this.
