Like you I also need to try and formulate some sort of rough plan as to how and when to exit. As you mentioned there is so much news to come. Some sort of staged selling sounds like the normal and correct thing to do but this wont be easy psychologically with all the potential news to come. Granted it may be a while before we get news of some of the other indications and trial results. I see myself holding a good chunk at least for a few more years though, once these guys commercialise properly there are so many markets they can address, the revenue stream could be substantial. My only hope is that they don't get taken over, that would cap all future gains/profits. It sounds like management know what they are doing and obviously understand the potential and wouldn't give in to a 'cheap' sell out.
