    good point, When Ian spoke In a recent video about future catalysts he spoke about TMT formalising agreements with the end users he'd developed relationships with...

    from the wording he used it sounded as if it's TMT who are in control of negotiations, as if he was saying offtakes would be signed when TMT are ready and the right offer comes!

    I found hes wording very Interesting
