Management wouldn't recommend anything less than cash backing plus half value of Peru & Indo.
In the good times $300m wasn't enough for it so what now times are bad & D&C a pain & money impossible to get?
But company reckon Indo coal will create sizeable income stream so need compensation for that.
No way you can just give away Peru IO even current climate.
at the end of the day the company is not about to fold its just on hold. So you need to temp them to let go not give it away
