JAK have secured an underwriting agreement which will cover the complete amount of options listed (23.2m??) - around $4m in funding I believe. The fact that they were able to secure this funding is in itself very positive. From my understanding, they meet the shortfall of options that werent exercised.

The YAM shares shouldnt be a drama. Its only something like 1m right?

You spoke to Andy at the Diggers? I emailed first, then had a chat. Been speaking to a few MD's of late and he's most definitely be the easiest to talk to. When I asked him about a push to get the oppies exercised, he said it was the least of their concern now that they had the funding agreement in place, which make sense. I know all MD's talk their stock up, but I particularly like his parting comment..."look, if you think that you can get these shares at less than current market price (at time was 21.5), then I wish you luck".
