Yes Thanky the author Dave McLachlan has a Twitter account as well but the last tweet was back in August 2016.  I don't no what happened to him.  Maybe he just lost enthusiasm for giving all his stuff away for free.  The free video course was of good value to me when I was looking for a replacement to my Metastock software.  Some of the Amibroker user interface has changed in the mean time, but the videos really do give you a good intro to the software.  The Handy free book is more detailed and precise and is a start to finish tutorial on how to install and use Amibroker.  Yes the ability to collaborate re systems development and also be talking the same language will be a huge plus.

Start thinking about system ideas that we can test against ASX data.  I've got a lot of ideas but just haven't had the enthusiasm to test them as yet.  Talk again later - Wilf.
