He names some of the members, some of whom became members of the following Bush administration and carried those (war mongering) PNAC policies into that administration:

Dick Cheney

Paul Wolfowitz
Richard Perle
James Wolsey (former CIA director)
John Bolton ("war hawk")
A couple he didn't mention:
Robert Kagan (married to Victoria Nuland, who was recorded plotting the coup in Ukraine)
