If it is an industrial site and the Govt Eviro dept has done its job there should be heaps of history as to air and water pollutants in the area to so allow the establishment of a base line based on mature data. To expect SYR to monitor air and water for the next 12 months presumably prior to establishing their BAM plant is a nonsense.
