Wholly agree with this final paragraph. Chemicals and particulates need to be contained as with any industrial process.

“In order to establish a baseline prior to the proposed construction and operation of the Syrah graphic facility, it is critically important to establish baseline conditions. Baseline air monitoring on a season basis for at least one year, should be performed for the complete list of chemicals, criteria pollutants and particulate matter to be released by the facility, in the entire area of potential impact from the proposed Syrah facility.”
