    Hi guys! 

    I'm looking to throw a few bucks at this old girl which I've been watching for a while now.  I still need to do some reading first but thought I'd ask for some info from you all also.

    Any info on Pending announcement, why the SP is where it is, pros, cons etc... Anything really good bad or ugly.  And yes, I'm well aware that it is not trading advice. It just helps me in doing my own research
