They didn't and what about others like Cox, Kerr and the rest??
In the Adelaide/West Coast game the West coast players backed off/rested up a bit to prematurely and they were lucky to get away with it!
The only reason Adelaide nearly snatched the game was not because of a sudden burst of brilliance it was because the Eagles dropped there intensity and thought hey look at the score we have won.
If Adelaide had of been a bit more accurate the outcome could have been a lot different.
