Most small caps in tech space are running on very high multiples, don't have enough revenue to support administrative and operational costs and don't have any certainty regarding future revenue streams of their services/products.
XTD is an outlier in the small cap space. Many have got burnt on it and are bitter, but the fundamentals of the company are as strong as ever and the possibility of overseas contracts has never been higher.
