syd post on hog

For the readers interested in a diverse opinion, Syd has posted on HOG forum;

"how is your NSP going? I noticed up 65% since you came here. good luck!"

to which I have replied;

"As usual Syd, you have avoided all of the valid points in my post and deflected to another matter. Do you believe 20c SP for HOG is likely by April 2014?

In answer to your question, "how is your NSP going?", NSP is a disgrace and is under investigation by ASIC.

For the record, NSP SP is up on a grand total turnover of $31,000 in 2014, including the (new) chairman buying her first holding, a total of $3,000 worth, at the very high for the year. And the board has been accused of "creating a false market" by the auditors. ASIC is investigating the company for share transactions over the last few years.

And NSP would be insolvent if it were not for a loan made by a director and largest shareholder at 15% interest + getting shares and options at an apparent severely discounted price, resulting in more dilution to the rest of us. I guess that explains why the price was down on a crumby $5,000 trade yesterday.

I guess if you were lucky enough to sell the $20,000 at around 7.5c, you would be happy.

Now let's hope that HOG has none of these traits, but seeing your posts, suggests to me that the price may well be being manipulated in a similar way to the way you confessed you did on NSP. "
