Spot on and thanks @Maltisani You know it's never easy on HC to raise the tough issues and make like the apparent ' Bad Guy' ' Often posters are all to quick to pass their judgement and / or blame onto someone for their bad investment plays.
For me SYA has always been more about the short term fluctuating trades which it has presented, and has been one of number of these types of stocks which I have cycled quite regularly throughout the year. Now while I would prefer the larger swings in the SP which have sometimes been the case , I have now resigned myself in the absence of any ' deal breaking ' news that SYA will now be a modest PIP trade as it were between the 1.8 - 2.0 - 2.2 / 2.3 cent levels for the foreseeable future.
I enjoy all the research I conduct on all my investments , however have particularly enjoyed SYA for the rather stark and sometimes obvious differences driving the many positives. And with all those possible positives , you must also evaluate and always factor in the contravening negatives. That means have an investing strategy to meet these change in circumstances.
We are professional investors folks , and while we cannot be privy to the obvious discussions which take place behind the boardroom doors - we should know collectively enough and sometimes even more than the people who are actually being paid to run any given company. Call it arm Chair directing - I don't care. The bottom line is it is our money and they ( the Bod ) are but a small part of the whole investment or trade decision.
In this case they have clearly stuffed up and what irks me the most is that they claimed that their obvious french speaking VP and other staff did not have enough nous to translate and communicate this in real time and for the purposes for the Investing community here in Australia. I mean what was this guy Alexis doing. He would have been expecting an announcement literally at any moment. It's totally farcical and for those who say I am being to hard - I think not . Will I get all teared up and squirt some water if we hear of his resignation in the next few days - not a chance... This Guy was suppose to drive the Arthier project forwards .......not backwards. And now the Company is in total damage control and should strongly be considering the further exploration expansion option for Aurthier and Tansim and putting on ' Ice ' the actual permitting aspect for the time being.
This makes perfect sense given they have basically told us to go away and re-do our DFS .....run some more numbers and come back to us. In the meantime because your homework wasn't submitted on time and correct , we are now going to penalize you with potentially another 12 months of bureaucratic back and forth red tape.
So in order to re-do our DFS - shouldn't we then go back and at least make it worthwhile by increasing the JORC tonnage ....to potentially 25 - 30 MT ? I wouldn't be worried to much about it folk's , as if we play our ' Exploration ' cards right , it wouldn't be the first time where a Companies ' in-situ ' resource value exceeded its early production valuations - without ever lifting a shovel.
IMO, we need to get the combined Authier / Tansim resource somewhere between 35 - 45 MT which given our location to both Val D'or and / or Montreal - I think you can start to see the logistical synergies I am eluding to..... We're an Explorer folk's ....so lets just continue to 'Explore for More ' - I like it -
