If you fail to spell the word "jurisdiction" correctly more than once in the same thread, I have to question your ability to play the markets successfully since 06, as you so coyly slipped into the conversation.
If you can't understand that BGS is orders of magnitude cheaper than SYA based on figures that are plain to see, i.e. NPV, IRR, EBIT, contained Li, and more - with all of these factors making the project more likely to receive funding to develop and unlock this potential value, then I don't know what to do for you.
However, if you do ever decide to do a little more research and make the decision to jump aboard, you would be very welcome.
