    Why not compare Stage 1 of SYA to BGS? That seems more appropriate, apples for apples.

    SYA Stage 2 is a concept and who says BGS couldn't also decide to do something like that. There is also financing and technical risk with SYA Stage 2 which I think you are discounting.
