Remember VWAP for the past 4 weeks is most likely 39c
So anything you are grabing sub 39c .... and be able to hold for say .... next 4 to 6 weeks
is likely to produce a nice % return.

Similar strategy to following the money.
The herd (of some 20m shares traded at circa 39c) is unlikely to be wrong
