Yes HC I often wondered about that myself.

Problem is, nothing was ever said. But it was a question I also wanted to ask in those days. I do not think a company has the right to cancel shares. Even if they are effectively purloined.

However I cannot believe that they kept any shares. Surely not.

I mean that would be crooked, and everyone knows there is nothing crooked about NSW coal exploration leases.
