Clearly the article was referring to the lifting of the ban - at the time the ban was lifted.

However, the ban had been in place for 2 years and was related to the arrangement with Mercedes which was in place at the time the ban was imposed.

But if you bothered to read the articles at the links I provided you, would understand that the world has not stood still during the last 2 years - far from it. And one of those changes is Mercedes replacing SKI with CATL!

Rather pathetic to say that you can 'tear my article to threads' and not do it. Very easy to say - much harder to do. You seem to like the easy route. Wonder why?
