    The Canandian guidelines are very disappointing but I doubt the CDC would be influenced by any of the comments.The volumes of CDC papers supporting iNTUBE are just too many.

    Quite possible the Canandian guidelines were drafted 12 months ago thats the only explanation I can come up with.
