The salmon diverts one thousand pounds of pressure with 4 ounces! The Salmon that swims upstream and survives breeds and succeeds in the game of life.

ROB at the moment is facing a bearish market, how can it swim upstream? For example; ABU went up in a downturn! It swam upstream, survived the Bears and is continuing to jump to new highs on to its journey and reward.

The journey of any salmon is not straight. ROB is building up its assets and like ABU is going to go up in a Bearish market in my opinion. The reason is the Fundamentals come to the forefront in a down market; the weak are revealed and the bears eat them!

Gold helped drive up ABU and Coal and China is going to drive up ROB. If you were an investor looking to accumulate and protect your capital in these times of currency wars and collapsing banks and nations; where can you invest to grow your capital? Tech stocks?

Energy, Oil, Gold, Commodities, Food and yes coal are all going to explode the next 5 years. Don't believe me, look over my last 10 posts and follow the links! Maybe I am wrong!

    WHY ROB?

ROB is young and is changing and growing. It has inherent risks like all young companies but it also has tremendous potential to grow and move to the lakes above. It has what I would describe as Potential Energy.

In my Trading Philosophy, potential energy is the energy stored in a Company due to its position in its Industry (Overbought/overvalued = energy to swing down/Oversold/undervalued = energy to swing upwards). In other words there are many fish but which are Swimming Upstream? Many languish and do nothing for years and many Swim in the wrong direction!

The more undervalued a company is the more potential energy to move in the opposite direction. Overvalued or praised as the top stock can kill upward mobility as much as help it! Example from this year FNT!

Choosing the big salmon at first seems like a safe and good idea but they can just as easily be eaten. Bigger is not always better. Small lean Salmon like ROB with small market caps and growing assets and capital can make fast moves up the river.

Often I read on HC that producers are better then the explorers! Often with companies in production the potential for outstanding growth, explosive growth is gone because it is overbought and overvalued! ROB is oversold and very undervalued right now and has tremendous energy to rebound upwards because it is so small.

ROB is swimming with the Uptrend and is undervalued right now with lots of potential speculation and growth! Do you like to back the lean greyhounds or old Labradors like me?

Coal is in a uptrend, Mongolia, Australia and China are in a uptrend! This is what matters in my opinion...

My philosophy is to back the trend but also the misfits and underdogs and the young. The under-appreciated tend to surprise the market and suddenly become the favorite ponies! A great movie that encapsulates this is Moneyball.

The market is based on scouts (Brokers) not statistics! As an investor do I care about anything accept companies that can get on base? (Go up 1c) All we need is home-runs (Go up 4c)not 10 braggers! JMHO! As my example ABU was a home run this year!

ROB has the potential to snap in the opposite direction of the market, it is undervalued in its industry and I think that it has already 1 home-run under its belt. All it needs to do is go up 4c right now or in a year and we will be very happy!

ROB could even hit a home-run and run straight up 4c but do we care if every cent or base we steal leads us up 4c profit over a year? This license is like getting to first base in my opinion, chances are great that it can now work its way up to 4th Base.

    Just some food for thought...

PS - My opinions could all be wrong! DYOR!

    Merry XMASS!

    Kind Regards
