Expenses Y/E 30 June 2018 were $6.56m, so if you double my half year estimate ($3.78m) I have allowed for a full year expenses total of $7.56m - which is an extra $1.0m / 15% over last years number.
Excluding share based payments, the wage bill increased by approximately $90,000 from FY2017 to FY2018, therefore I am pretty comfortable that the $1.0m extra in expenses I allowed should cover any "hefty pay rises" they are giving themselves.
