the planning for kate 2 is all go,my source reconfirmed this today,but we should focus on the Philippines with tap oil about to drill off shore next to our permit and dennis in the philippines there must be a farm out coming ,the old story the oil is there its just getting it out of the ground,but once again its ONSHORE.
