You are clearly new to investing. I strongly suggest you thoroughly do your own research before you enter a stock and not seek others opinions as to wether you should buy, hold, sell etc...

In terms of your question-the market knew last wednesday that this well had no hydrocarbons-this was factored into the SP and it was oversold down to 4.5. The NZX was informed of P/A yesterday morning. The GGX price went up and will continue to. There is already talk of further drilling on that prospect due to the positive indicators revealed.
