While I agree with her about the over-emphasis on lithium alone when compared to the other component materials in the batteries, I disagree with the statements about recycling.

Recycling will come. In fact it is only a few months away before the first recycling pilot plant starts up, but when the amount of battery production is doubled in a few months when a single factory comes on line, the feedstock must come from new supply because the amount of recyclable material is not available, and wont be available for upwards of a decade.
