WRT to competitors - there isn’t any major competition.
There is one player in resource sector but we have larger market share and through DXC/ Telstra reseller agreements we will more than likely increase market share there. Just because there is short term decline in commodity prices doesn’t mean that planned expansion is put on hold unless it’s a long term drop in prices .
In the maritime sector, I don’t think there is any as it is incredibly hard to provide content via satellite to ships . That’s why we have reseller agreement with AST that offer majority of the telecommunication and navigation infrastructure through their own tech and other vendors such as Immarsat.
In the hospitality sector there are some players but but one of the key one’s is Tripeplay who is a reseller of our services eg: the Gulf of Mexico oil rig win .
In the aged care/ lifestyle sector , there is no one offering similar services. TV channels sure but the end to end services such as the app, curated content etc is not there
Lastly, the biggest key is the GLOBAL content license which makes Swift’s offer very compelling as it seperates Swift from most of the other players in this space. Makes it easy for the tech to be rolled out.
For eg: hotel chain in Australia that expands into Asia can take swift with them
Large resource players that have overseas mining camps
Oil rigs and Ships - Same thing.
Hope that gives enough information on the competitors and Swift’s USP.
