This is extremely encouraging. Swift/VOD already provides services to Accor Group and few of the Mantra Hotels. Once the take over is complete,we will be able to offer DES service to the entire merged entity.
- Under terms of agreement AccorHotels would offer AUD3.96 in cash for each Mantra share including any potential special dividend
