It is reo's stupid one. Read their just released optimisation ann. Uranium has to be extracted first - a credit along with a lot of zinc.
Shenghe have a 12% stake only. Their is a possibility of 60% but unlikely due to Greenland govt opposition. Read the optimisation ann - you will see the 12% stake has been of enormous benefit.
Obviously a lot has to go right and it will take time for SVM and GGG to catch up to their peers or even a smaller scale.
