I agree with your sentiment @butz. Dr Stephens has been a very long time in Malawi and his contacts are paramount.
This can be seen in the form of huge additional tenement holdings - clearly shows SVM are on good terms with the govt.
Certainly a nice sp to be topping up again.
PFS and then the new mines and minerals bill in November? - will certainly give a whole lot of clarity and confidence.
