Newspaper "THE NATION" just reported on Massi's visit to the Songwe Hills rare earth mining project.
Of note was his comments re we are doing a lot on mining. The new mines and minerals bill has been vetted in Parliament and will be discussed and passed in November. He also previously stated it would be passed in May - another 6 months delay tactics to ..........
