A lot of these reports conveniently leave out certain details. In this case it's the location - indigenous population and political environment.
Still - here in Australia mining companies are always dealing with the above issues so I see it as of minimal concern except govt which may be ousted in May 2019 - even current govt anything is possible re ruby mine fiasco and the new Chinese mining license issued for 3 elements - rotium or something.
