I saw the deck on Donaco years ago from Cannacord pitching the cambodian business.  We had an office in PP and had visited sihanoukville (snookieville) and it was a shite hole.. backpackers and russians.. now I hear its full of chinese... Cambodia was going through amazing growth but elections now over and sanctions will come into force shortly.
