svc group offering prospectus shares

Hi All,
Who else got the email from hotcopper regarding prospectus 1c shares and thought this sounds awesome?

Sweet, now who could possibly explain what a prospectus share is?
I did a little research on SVC and saw they changed codes and names a couple of times in the past and I'm wondering if its dodgy or if i could chuck some money at it and hopefully in a year or 2 it will be up to 60 cents a share or something?

is it safe? or is it an increased risk more so then a normal share?
