I am glad INL took your attention ,finch.
# SciDev is said to be profitable.
Acquisition price 0f $1.3m for 50%...say x4 EBITDA...One would assume EBITDA around $700,000.
# The Burnie shed is surprisingly profitable.
# Cash drain is plugged.
# Other assets that may be monetized.
I believe Intec is at the sweet spot in its entire history.
I was a loud critic of the old "flamboyant" & extravagant Intec....It has destroyed huge wealth....I took a heavy stake well after the 10:1 consolidation ....Together with a few HC vigilantes we managed to give management its 1st strike by voting down the remuneration report.....Perhaps this was part of the catalyst for change.....Change it did.
We wait to see how big SciDev can grow.
