Phish correctly points out there are legitimate questions that directors (and the ceo) have to deal to, like
- has the suspension improved the fortunes of the company.
- responses to critique (on these pages and elsewhere) about mismatch between director's forecasts and actual results
- resolving growing working capital issues from the last 6 month result (why are JGL receivables at 9.6 months cf APK at 4.0, since both were around 12 months pcp???).
- when will the company go cash positive?
- is the ceo spread a bit thin between JGL, EBG, and his position as ceo of Obelisk Capital Pty Ltd?
If it is an acquisition, why? What is the value proposition? Again, posts in the last 4 months have questioned the value of the EBG acqusition, which was around $1m, me thinks.
All is theoretical until after the suspension is over, as it is for many companies in the same boat.
