The whole affair has an unmistakeable stench since the original Opes Prime announcement was made.
It has been a series of bad new, with no apparent attempts to reverse the downward direction of this company at any stage ... at least as far as the sorry ASX release trail goes.
If there's any way they can be sued, without us losing even more to the lawyers, then I'm in. They need to be made accountable, and we need to see if we can salvage as many cents in the dollar back (if at all) when the vultures pick over the carcass.
