Perhaps rather than make us an offer for DES, PRT might simply wait till DES is liquidated and get what ever it wants for next to nix in a fire sale. DES was a dog that cost me (and others by the sounds of it quite significantly) took it on an internet tip sheet advice without doing adequate personal research and never really understood the company adequately well and have paid the price. Lesson learned, although harsh economic times everywhere atm and DES won't be the only thing that falters.
