I have heard that Quest Drilling is owed a lot more than $150k.

It amazes me how people can continue to believe in a company and invest in it when that company is not paying the contractors that provide those services that are absolutely essential to being able to explore in what is a very remote and hostile environment.

If you cannot move people and equipment you simply cannot explore, and all those pictures of equipment in Mt Hagen were meaningless.

Remember, it took more than 50 years to finally develop Porgera and that was with the combined resources of Mount Isa Mines, Placer Pacific and Rennison Goldfields Consolidated. What hope did Indochine Mining have at Mt Kare??

Given the physical, social and political environment in this part of the world, I think that it will be a long time and a lot of $'s before we see a mine at Kare.
