Not to put too much of a dampener on things, but this could be suspended for quite while. I own another stock ROS that seems to be going through a similar acquisition process and that has been suspended for the past 4 months.
The problem could be that in order to make the acquisition, JAL may have to raise a large amount of money thereby significantly changing the capital structure of the company.

But who knows? Could just be a small compliance issue that will be resolved tomorrow....
