Gresley - I read a great post a few days back:

' Carnie...the Board is made up of people with a receiver mentality. They have NEVER built a business.Where will we ( Australia) be with people without imagination.Have a look at the CV's of the AMU board. Dealing in the US in a business they know nothing about! These people manage other people's money ! Imagine that ! Bet they can't even change a car tyre ! '

The reason alot shareholders (including myself) will probably end up selling is summed up by your comment above. Some of the management team might be good but a decent business and strong cashflow is a waste of time (and almost worthless) if it is wasted.
