Well I certainly won't be happy with anything under 40c. And nor should anyone with any sense in my opinion.
This stock was trading at that level and more less than 18 months ago, when the price of oil was not what it is today and might be in the future. It has significantly improved reserves since then. With the assets it has it should be worth a heck of a lot more than 30c. I've seen analysis as recently as a few months back talking about it as a potential 10-bagger if it continues to grow reserves, pay down debt and explore new ground.
I'm sure plenty of johnny-come-lately traders will be happy to get anything above the current price but for longer term holders the board will want to deliver a return SIGNIFICANTLY above the current price, or knock back the offers and continue growing the company.
Anybody in a hurry to get 30c could have sold at that price a little over a year ago, assuming they held then. If they bought since on the lows, they can wait their turn. I'm not about to sell out the company and take a loss on this stock to benefit a few short-termers.
